    What You'll Do

    As an Internal Sales Team Leader, you will:
    • Lead and mentor a team of internal sales specialists, building and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
    • Coordinate workflow and set priorities to ensure timely and accurate quoting and order processing.
    • Coach and develop team members, providing training and performance feedback to build capability.
    • Act as an escalation point for complex client queries and ensure resolutions align with company standards.
    • Collaborate with management on process improvements and strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
