We have a fantastic role available for an experienced Property Manager to join our talented team to take over and grow a well established property management portfolio.
Ray White Lochore's Birkenhead is a family owned business with over 40 years experience in property management and we are REINZ accredited Property Managers. We pride ourselves on our company culture and have a positive, fun-loving, hard-working team. Our property managers have access to the latest IT solutions and regular on-going training.
In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of owners' property investments, working closely with a portfolio of owners and utilising our extensive network of tradespeople. This is a hands-on role with the benefit of establishing long term relationships with our clients.
Duties include but are not limited to:
All administrative tasks relating to property management.
Interviewing prospective tenants.
Signing up tenants for properties to rent.
3-6 monthly routine property inspections - initial, routine and final.
Coordinating all maintenance quotes and following up with contractors.
Filing tenancy tribunal applications.
A Level 4 Certificate in Property Management is advantageous but not essential.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous property management experience.
Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
Self-motivation and the ability to take initiative and work unsupervised.
A high level of personal presentation and professionalism.
Honed organisational and time management skills.
A current driver's licence.
A fantastic can-do attitude.
