  • Proudly NZ owned and operated since 2004, HeliSupport is one of the countries leading helicopter, maintenance, repair and overhaul companies. HeliSupport maintains over 50 helicopters nationally and provides services for Avionics, Refinishing and Parts & Logistics.

    We are currently seeking a full-time Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Wanaka.

    About the Role

    The Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable position plays a key role in supporting our financial operations within a busy helicopter maintenance environment. Responsibilities include:
    • Managing all financial transactions relating to supplier invoices, customer billing, and payment processing
    • Ensuring accurate and timely data entry across all finance tasks
    • Supporting maintenance job costing through Aeronet
    • Upholding strong financial controls that meet aviation industry compliance requirements
    • Collaborating with operational teams to ensure smooth financial workflow
    • Maintaining a high level of accuracy while working within a safety-focused facility

    Skills & Experience:
    • Strong proficiency in Xero
    • Proven experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable (aviation, engineering, or technical services preferred)
    • Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
