Are you a people person who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment? We're looking for Medical Receptionist Superstars to join our dedicated team at Silverdale Medical.
We have the following shift opportunities available:- Permanent Full Time (40 Hours) - varied shifts, flexibility required.
- Permanent Part Time (Min 24 Hours) - Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday - 11:45am to 8:15pm
- Permanent Part Time (Min 24 Hours) - Thursday, Friday and Saturday 11:45am to 8:15pm
Our Urgent Care Centre is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. However, staff shifts scheduled to end at 8:15 PM may extend beyond this time. This can occur due to:- Ongoing patient care (e.g., patients still waiting to be seen)
- Clinical staff still attending to patients
- Awaiting ambulance transfers or handovers
These circumstances are often outside of our control, and as such, flexibility is essential to ensure quality patient care and support for the clinical team.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate:- Excellent customer service
- Professional presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to deal with people of all ages and backgrounds in a respectful, calm, and caring manner
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with high call volumes and experience in responding to emails, and patient inquiries
- Accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
- Exceptional accuracy and high attention to detail
- Punctuality and good time management
- Indici PMS knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
- Someone who prides themselves in being part of a busy and high performing team
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality
