  • Fredco Motors has been operating in Central Auckland since 1979. As a long established business we've developed a loyal customer base by constantly providing the best service and repairs to our clients.

    We currently require an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to join our team.

    Duties for this role include but are not limited to:
    • Greet customers and answer incoming calls
    • Create bookings and enter into SAM computer system
    • Organise documents for courtesy vehicles as required
    • Process documentation for WOF's
    • General office and admin duties including filing and ensuring reception is kept clean and tidy
    As you may be required to manoeuvre vehicles around the workshop it is essential that you hold a full drivers licence. The ability to drive manual vehicles would also be a strong advantage.

    This is a part time role working a minimum of 20 hours per week. Days and times to be discussed at interview stage. Flexibility to pick up additional hours when required to cover staff sickness and leave is required.
