We're looking for people who have lived and breathed business!
Our most successful Business Brokers are:- Former or current business owners, franchisees, operators, or directors
- Experienced in SME management, sales, operations, finance, growth strategy, or turnaround
- Familiar with P&L, cashflow, staffing, marketing, scaling, and business systems
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability
- Excited by a performance-based environment with significant financial upside
You'll need to hold (or be willing to obtain) a Real Estate Licence - full support provided.
What You'll Do:- Analyse and market businesses across a range of industries
- Guide owners through the sale process from appraisal to settlement
- Analyse financials, performance drivers, and business opportunities
- Engage with buyers, investors, lenders, accountants, and advisors
- Build long-term relationships with business owners and shareholders
- Create targeted marketing campaigns to attract qualified buyers
- Negotiate with parties to complete sale transactions and due diligence.
