As our company continues to evolve, we're seeking a motivated and practical Service Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team.
This newly created role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, structured logistics, and is looking for a long-term career path in the caravan and motorhome sector.
About the Role
You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth workshop operations and efficient movement of vehicles.
Your responsibilities will include:- Towing and moving caravans and motorhomes around the site
- Coordinating logistics between the workshop and service teams
- Liaising with the Workshop Foreman to manage workflow and schedules
- General administrative duties and service coordination
- Assisting with workshop organisation and daily operational requirements
This position also includes a Trainee Caravan Technician component, offering a fantastic opportunity to build technical skills and advance your career in the industry.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys a mix of logistical coordination, hands-on tasks, and workshop involvement.
Our ideal candidate will have:- Confidence towing caravans and driving motorhomes
- Previous automotive, logistics, or workshop experience is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Good computer literacy
- A proactive approach - able to recognise and address issues early
- High level of personal presentation
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
