  • As our company continues to evolve, we're seeking a motivated and practical Service Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team.

    This newly created role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, structured logistics, and is looking for a long-term career path in the caravan and motorhome sector.

    About the Role

    You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth workshop operations and efficient movement of vehicles.

    Your responsibilities will include:
    • Towing and moving caravans and motorhomes around the site
    • Coordinating logistics between the workshop and service teams
    • Liaising with the Workshop Foreman to manage workflow and schedules
    • General administrative duties and service coordination
    • Assisting with workshop organisation and daily operational requirements
    This position also includes a Trainee Caravan Technician component, offering a fantastic opportunity to build technical skills and advance your career in the industry.

    About You

    You'll be someone who enjoys a mix of logistical coordination, hands-on tasks, and workshop involvement.

    Our ideal candidate will have:
    • Confidence towing caravans and driving motorhomes
    • Previous automotive, logistics, or workshop experience is preferred
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
    • Good computer literacy
    • A proactive approach - able to recognise and address issues early
    • High level of personal presentation
    • Ability to work both independently and within a team
