We're currently looking for an experienced, qualified Painter to join our team.
Responsibilities will include:- Management of sales process with leads and customer expectations
- Communicate professionally with clients and lead contractors
- Manage a team of painters
- Quoting
- Management of suppliers
- Plan, direct, and supervise projects
- Management of schedule
- Must be prepared to jump on the tools whenever necessary/regularly. This is not a fully off the tools position
- Ability to understand and manage a project budget
- Effectively capture snags and manage remedial works
