We are looking for an experienced, Qualified Builder to manage our small project pipeline - This could be anything from fences, decks, weather board repairs, bathrooms, kitchens, joinery installs etc. This will involve:- Management of sales process with leads and customer expectations
- Quoting
- Management of suppliers and subcontractors
- Planning, directing and supervising projects
- Managing schedules and project budgets
- Jumping on the tools when necessary
You'll play a key role in the success of our business, so it's essential that you are trade qualified with some previous quoting / estimating and project management experience.
You'll also need to:- Have excellent communication skills
- Have excellent understanding of NZS3604
- Demonstrate strong problem solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Be a real people-person - dealing with clients on a day to day basis
- Have high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Be reliable with a strong work ethic
- Have great leadership and team management skills
- Have excellent computer skills
