We are currently looking for an Operations & Admin Coordinator to join our team in Devonport. This is a varied role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and loves keeping a business running smoothly.
Reporting directly to the Director, you'll play a key part in keeping our operations organised, compliant, and efficient. Depending on your background and preference, the role can be tailored to full-time, part-time, or contractor hours (30-45 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities:- Set up projects and tasks in our project management software for crew time tracking
- Submit documents to Council for Code Compliance Certificates
- Ensure toolbox talks and on-site H&S systems are carried out and recorded
- Assist with crew scheduling
- Liaise with clients when required
- Approve timesheets and coordinate with our payroll manager
- Prepare invoices for approval
- Work with our content creator & marketing agency to coordinate photo/video shoots
- Keep the company website up to date
- Potentially manage our social media
- Organise printing jobs and pickups
- Help develop and maintain internal company systems & processes
- Support our company social club and team culture
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving capability
- Confident with computers and quick to learn new apps/software
- Ideally some construction industry experience or understanding
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Enjoys being part of a tight-knit, family-oriented team
- Communicates clearly and builds good relationships
- Likes variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Is proactive and takes ownership of their work
