    What we are looking for:

    As the Receptionist, you'll be instrumental in our operations team, delivering support to our sales team and ensuring the 'Engine Room' of the business is finely tuned and performing at its best.

    What you'll do:
    • Reception duties (telephone and greeting clients)
    • Office maintenance (keeping our new office space organised and in tip-top shape)
    • Purchasing officer
    • Data entry
    • Team activities and event planning
    • All round team player who loves to chip in and help out wherever required
    What you'll bring:

    • Exceptional communication skills and a pro-active attitude
    • Initiative to see what needs doing and the motivation to get stuck in - always looking ahead to what needs doing next week whilst staying on top of what needs doing today
    • Excellent time-management with the ability to maintain an exceptionally high standard of accuracy under pressure
    • Ability to multitask and prioritise in an often fast-paced high-pressured and ever-changing sales environment

    This part-time role is for 20 hours a week Monday to Friday. The final hours will be mutually agreed with the successful applicant. This is a long-term position located in picturesque Wanaka. Only applicants with valid working rights in New Zealand and current drivers licence will be considered.
