  • We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketer with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, and a strong grasp of how to drive measurable results through smart, ongoing optimisation.

    This is a hands-on role focused on performance, insight, and continual improvement. You'll take ownership of our retainer clients' paid campaigns, leading the optimisation process across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. You'll dive into the data, make informed decisions, and proactively find opportunities to improve outcomes - helping turn good strategies and creative into even better results.

    The Role

    You'll work closely with Account Managers who oversee strategy, creative, and client relationships - but you'll own the performance side. Your job is to keep our campaigns improving week after week through a consistent cycle of review, analysis, optimisation, and reporting.

    You'll rotate through client accounts regularly, assessing what's working, what's not, and what needs to change. Whether it's refining bid strategies, improving ROAS, restructuring campaigns, testing new audiences, or reallocating budget, you'll be trusted to make smart decisions that move the needle.

    You'll also contribute meaningfully to client conversations. Each month you'll prepare performance reports that clearly communicate what changed, why it mattered, and where the opportunities lie. You'll join client meetings alongside an account manager, speaking confidently to results and helping guide next steps.

    This role is ideal for someone who loves data, thrives in ads platforms, and feels energised by constant iteration and improvement. You'll become the engine behind the scenes that keeps our performance strong, our clients confident, and our strategies effective.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Take ownership of ongoing optimisation across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and occasional LinkedIn campaigns.
    • Analyse campaign performance and metrics, including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, audience behaviour, and funnel performance.
    • Make proactive, data-driven adjustments without needing direction - including updating bid strategies, adjusting budgets, testing new audiences, refining ad groups, and improving campaign structures.
    • Test and optimise ad copy, captions, creative variations, and new formats in collaboration with the creative team.
    • Identify opportunities for efficiency and performance improvements, and flag issues before they escalate.
    • Prepare clear monthly performance reports for retainer clients outlining changes, results, insights, and recommended next steps.
    • Attend client meetings (alongside account managers) to discuss performance, insights, and future recommendations.
    • Collaborate with account managers to ensure the overarching strategy is supported by strong and consistent optimisation.
    • Stay up to date with best practices, industry changes, and new platform features to improve performance.
    • Prioritise and manage your workload across multiple accounts with strong attention to detail and autonomy.
    About You:
    • 3-5+ years' experience in performance marketing or paid media optimisation (agency experience preferred)
    • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, including hands-on optimisation, budget management, and campaign restructuring
    • Confident analysing campaign data and turning insights into action
    • Experience with LinkedIn Ads is a bonus
    • Comfortable owning the end-to-end optimisation process across multiple accounts
    • Able to explain performance results clearly and confidently to both internal teams and clients
    • Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage your time effectively across multiple clients
    • Proactive and resourceful - you don't wait for direction, you look for improvements
    • Strong attention to detail with a passion for performance and continuous improvement
    • A strategic thinker who understands how performance fits into broader marketing and business goals
