  • Proudly NZ owned and operated since 2004, HeliSupport is one of the countries leading helicopter, maintenance, repair and overhaul companies. HeliSupport maintains over 50 helicopters nationally and provides services for Avionics, Refinishing and Parts & Logistics.

    We are currently seeking a full-time Technical Records Administrator to join our team in Wanaka.

    This role is a key part of our operation, responsible for updating and maintaining our maintenance tracking system, ensuring accurate documentation of all aircraft movements and maintenance activities.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Maintain accurate and timely entry of daily flight records.
    • Enter maintenance activities and aircraft movements into the system with a high level of accuracy.
    • Manage the correct storage, upkeep, filing and archiving of all aircraft maintenance records.
    Ideal Candidate:
    • Strong administration and organisational skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
    • Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
    • High attention to detail.
    • Friendly, collaborative, and a good sense of humour.
    • Previous Aeronet or aviation industry experience is an advantage.
