This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week) with overtime available for those who want it.
About the Role
As one of our Lead Electricians / Project Managers, you'll take on a mix of hands-on and leadership responsibilities, including:- Electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance across a range of sites
- Working on large-scale commercial projects, with opportunities to manage them
- Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues
- Maintenance, Solar PV, and HVAC installations
- Providing excellent customer service and clear communication
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
What We're Looking For:- Fully qualified and NZ-registered Electrician
- Valid NZ driver's licence
- Experience running large projects - or the drive to learn
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Honest, reliable, and hardworking
- Heat pump experience a bonus (but not essential)
