Brymac Tiles, part of the Tile Depot Group, is a leading Christchurch-based supplier and installer of premium tiling products. We pride ourselves on professionalism, craftsmanship, and exceeding expectations across both domestic and commercial construction sectors.
We're looking for a Trade & Warehouse Support team member to help keep our busy trade and warehouse operations running smoothly - supporting our trade clients, retail customers, and internal teams.
About the Role
Reporting to the Trade Managers, this role combines hands-on warehouse work with trade sales and customer service support. You'll assist with order processing, stock management, and trade counter service, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the Brymac standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional service to trade and retail customers - in-store and over the phone
- Process orders accurately and support the Trade Managers with quotations and sales follow-ups
- Assist with receiving, storing, and dispatching tile products
- Operate forklifts and manage warehouse logistics safely and efficiently
- Maintain tidy, compliant warehouse and trade areas
- Support stock control, deliveries, and clearance centre operations
- Collaborate with showroom and contracts teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Contribute to a strong health and safety culture
What You'll Bring:- Full driver's licence and forklift licence (F endorsement)
- Experience in trade sales, warehousing, or customer service
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Physically fit and capable of meeting the demands of warehouse and trade work
- Commitment to health, safety, and teamwork

Hours & Benefits:- Tuesday to Friday: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:30 am - 11:30 am
