Ray White is the largest real estate company in the Far North, and we're on the lookout for a Property Manager or Junior Property Manager to join our Kaikohe office.
This role starts part-time (working 20 hours per week) and has plenty of potential to grow into a full-time position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build or grow their career in the fast-paced and rewarding property management industry. With an immediate start available, you'll step into a varied role where no two days are the same.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of rental properties, building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, coordinating inspections and maintenance, and overseeing tenancy agreements and rent processes. You'll work autonomously, but with the full support of proven systems and a knowledgeable, collaborative team behind you.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively seek and acquire new business opportunities.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with clients.
- Advertise and show rental properties to prospective tenants.
- Negotiate and secure tenancy agreements.
- Manage rent collection, bond lodgement, and monitor rent arrears.
- Investigate and resolve tenant issues or complaints.
- Oversee and review property repairs and maintenance needs.
- Approve and process payments related to repairs and maintenance.
- Maximise returns for property owners and minimise potential losses.
- Maintain accurate records and data in the Palace software system.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
