    The Role

    We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead growth and engagement across both Trail and Kiwi Adviser Network.

    You will build trusted relationships with financial advisers, showcase the value of our technology and network, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

    You will report to the National Sales Manager and thrive in a fast-moving, relationship-driven environment where your impact is tangible.

    What you will do:
    • Run qualified prospects through engaging product demonstrations via video and in-person meetings.
    • Follow up proactively and nurture relationships from first contact through to commitment.
    • Identify and qualify new prospects through inbound leads, referrals, and smart outreach.
    • Generate new business through referral calls to existing customers and targeted lead sourcing.
    • Represent both brands at industry events, strengthening our presence and community.
    • Keep CRM records in Pipedrive accurate and complete, including clear notes for onboarding and future engagement.

    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management - ideally within financial services or software/tech.
    • A customer-first mindset - you build trust and rapport naturally.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills - you listen deeply and articulate clearly.
