    Tunnicliffe Builders Ltd - is a respected, growing, and award winning Master Builders construction company based in Masterton. We're on the lookout for a driven Administrator to join our team and become the backbone of our day-to-day operations.

    About the Role

    As our new Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll handle everything from office administration and financial support to coordinating with clients, suppliers, and project teams.

    You'll be the go-to person who ensures our builders can focus on building - because you've got everything else organised and under control.

    Key responsibilities will include:
    • Managing and organising office administration, scheduling, and correspondence
    • Providing vital admin support to project teams
    • Handling communication with clients, suppliers, and internal staff
    • Maintaining company databases and filing systems (customers, suppliers, subcontractors)
    • Assisting with financial administration - invoicing, bills, expenses, payroll, and IRD filing
    • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
    • Preparing building contracts and site documentation
    • Managing office supplies, training registers, and certificate tracking
    We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
    • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction or a related industry
    • Exceptional organisational, time management, and communication skills
    • High proficiency in Google Workspace (GDocs, GSheets, GDrive, Gemini AI), Xero, Buildertrend, Docusign, and Microsoft 365
    • A sharp eye for detail and commitment to accuracy
    • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity
    • The ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
    • A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative attitude
