    As we expand our commercial portfolio, we're seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Electrical Manager to lead our commercial operations and drive strategic growth.

    The Commercial Electrical Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial electrical projects across the region. This leadership role combines technical expertise, project management, and team development. You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance, maintaining client relationships, managing budgets, and mentoring staff to uphold our high standards.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage multiple commercial electrical projects from tender to completion
    • Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery
    • Review and approve scopes of work, variations, and technical documentation
    • Lead and mentor electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors
    • Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality checks
    • Foster a strong safety-first culture
    • Build positive relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers
    • Represent the company at project meetings and resolve issues proactively
    • Ensure all work complies with NZ Electrical Code of Practice, AS/NZS 3000, and WorkSafe regulations
    Skills & Experience:
    • NZ Registered Electrician with a current practicing license
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial electrical project management
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams
    • Excellent understanding of NZ compliance, risk management, and site safety
    • Proficient in job management platforms such as AroFlo, or similar
    • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets and contracts
    • Exceptional communication and documentation skills
