We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Property Manager to join our team in Invercargill. Our team are focused on providing exceptional client experience and have the awards to show it! The successful applicant will be responsible for providing and maintaining the high level of service which we provide to all our landlords and tenants. The position will include all general property management tasks including inspections and maintenance issues. This role will require you to be a self-starter as you will need to grow the portfolio through networking and business development. While previous experience in property management or business development management is desirable it by no means essential. What we are looking for in our new team member is someone with great energy, a can-do attitude, exceptional customer service and a talent for establishing and growing relationships.
