With business booming and new projects coming online, we're now looking for an experienced Foreman to lead our on-site installation teams and help take our operations to the next level.

What you'll be doing:- Running on-site joinery installation projects - kitchens, wardrobes, and interiors
- Leading and mentoring a small team of installers and apprentices
- Coordinating with builders, clients, and management to keep jobs on track
- Maintaining top-quality workmanship and site safety standards
- Ensuring every project reflects our commitment to excellence
What we're looking for:- A qualified Joiner or Carpenter with site leadership experience
- Proven ability to manage and run installation projects
- Confidence to read plans, make decisions, and problem-solve on site
- A keen eye for detail and pride in producing top-notch results
- A clean full driver's licence
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Ashburton
- Willingness to travel for projects when required
- Someone who's reliable, honest, and a great communicator
