Ebbett Toyota | Lexus of Hamilton require a Customer Care Specialist to join our specialized CRM Team.
This role requires a person with the ability to think quickly and create flexibility within the workflows, be able to multitask with great time management and have good, creative thinking. This is a diverse role which involves answering customer inquiries and bookings via phone, email, website, and SMS.
Great customer service and attention to detail is vital. Previous experience working with computer systems is essential to be able to fulfil this role. Prior car industry knowledge is not required, however this would be an advantage, for this role.
The successful applicant will need to possess:
Calm and patience when dealing with customers
Willingness to learn
Able to work in a rapidly changing environment
Excellent time management, capable of prioritizing as required
Confident working with new computer systems
Friendly and confident
Clear communication skills
Work well within small and big team environments
This is a full time position working Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5pm.
