Andrew Simms is one of Auckland's most successful and highest profile motor companies, and New Zealand's largest retailer of Mitsubishi vehicles.
We require the expertise of a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead and drive the performance of our Mitsubishi sales team in Botany.
Reporting directly to the Sales General Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the Mitsubishi retail Sales team, ensuring they meet pre-agreed sales and gross targets from the sales of new and late model vehicles.
As Andrew Simms Botany is one of the highest-performing Mitsubishi dealerships in New Zealand, this role demands an individual with the drive, determination, and ambition to take it to the next level. In return you'll be well-rewarded with an attractive remuneration package that recognises your high performance through an uncapped commission structure.
It's all about getting the right person for our team - we would look at an experienced Sales Manager, as well as an up and coming Sales Consultant with the intelligence and tenacity to take the next step in their career. As a minimum you'll need prior industry sales experience, ideally with a new vehicle franchise.
