The Opportunity
This role sits within our Service Team at Manukau, where every day brings something new. If you're ambitious, love great conversations, and get a kick out of top-tier service, this is your place to shine.
What You'll Do:- Book service and repair appointments (accuracy matters!)
- Handle inbound calls, answering questions and resolving issues with confidence and care
- Make outbound calls to customers due for a WOF or service, helping them stay road-ready
- Keep records up to date and data clean, because details matter
What You'll Bring:- At least 12 months of customer service experience (bonus points if you've worked in automotive)
- Excellent communication skills, you know how to connect with people
- Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Great time management and multitasking skills
- Confident with computers and eager to learn new systems
