    We're on the hunt for the next Candidate Consultant (interviewer) to join our team, interviewing candidates over the phone.

    Our successful applicant will be approachable, friendly, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. We interview a wide range of candidates, so you must be confident dealing with those from different backgrounds.

    You will have exceptional written and spoken communication skills, particularly a thorough understanding of grammar and punctuation.

    Attention to detail and the ability to write and edit clearly, concisely, and correctly are critical for success in this role.

    Skills and experience we're looking for:
    • High-volume phone-based customer service experience
    • Qualifications, especially a bachelor's degree in HR/recruitment/business, will be advantageous
    • Fast and accurate typing
    • Great general computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
    The role:

    This is a casual HR/recruitment opportunity, which is phone-based. We're looking for someone to help us during busy times throughout the year and to cover for staff who are on leave. This is a casual position with no guaranteed minimum hours, but there will be opportunities for regular work. We can offer full-time hours in January and February, so we're especially keen to hear from someone who will be available during that time. Outside of this period, hours will vary depending on staffing needs and workload.

    Responsibilities will include screening CVs/cover letters, conducting phone interviews, writing interview reports, and providing customer service to job applicants.

    The role will suit someone who is flexible and reliable, and who can be available at short notice when needed. It may be a great fit for a student or anyone looking for casual, on-call work.
