We need a full time Retail Storeperson to join our fun and supportive Wairau team.
What will set you apart from the rest?:- While experience is desirable, attitude is everything!
- An eye for design is an advantage.
- Accuracy and great attention to detail is important.
- The capacity to think about, engage and lead the conversation.
- Being organised and a problem-solver.
- Capable of building relationships and trust with all people in the business.
- Being an effective communicator and problem solver.
- Computer literacy and a quick uptake on systems.
- Great communication skills - written & verbal.
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting.
- A willingness to learn, progress and succeed!
A forklift licence would be beneficial however not essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Inwards/outwards goods processes.
- Completing stock counts/investigations.
- Monitoring stock levels and placing re orders.
- Assisting with showroom sales as required.
- Adhering to the Health & Safety policy and procedures.
While this is a predominantly warehousing focused role, it will involve assisting in the showroom as needed.
This is a full time role with rostered weekend work (roster options to be discussed at the interview stage).
