Our business started as a series of sports consumable products that allowed everyday athletes to have the same support and confidence as the 'pros' and has morphed to a product position that puts all in the best position to succeed every day - in life and in sport.
We're proud to have realised segment leading positions, with key retail partners (AU & NZ), and know we can do more.
We continue to craft ambitious growth plans for the business in 2026. Key to that will be appointing a dedicated Brand & Marketing Manager (consumer focused) for ANZ.
Our new manager will be familiar, and experienced, with how to support our core category pillars: Increase Penetration, Extend Usage Occasion, Education, Innovate and Diversify, Support Retail Partners.
Our team is small, and growing. We need someone who has vision and is also happy to execute - no 'ivory towers' here. Going forward we appreciate that there may well be third party involvement but would rather invest behind the person and the brand.
We are not ones to rest on our laurels. It's satisfying to be where we are, it's more exciting to realise where we should be.
In simple terms we will measure success on the following 3 point criteria:- Develop and execute the annual brand plan to grow share, penetration, and profitability across ANZ.
- Define brand positioning, tone, and key messaging aligned with the brand's athletic and medical heritage.
- Identify and activate consumer, athlete, and clinician insights to drive brand relevance.
If you've got experience of producing results in a dynamic space then reach out. Ideally you tick the following boxes, as a minimum:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in brand management or product marketing, ideally within Sports, Healthcare, or FMCG categories.
- Proven experience managing consumer marketing in a Grocery, Pharmacy or Sports retail environment. If you're from another 'space' excite us, via your application, with your talent, passion and wins!
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with experience managing a P&L.
- AI Fluent
- Familiarity with Sports sponsorship, Athlete marketing, and medical partnerships.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills.
