Our business started as a series of sports consumable products that allowed everyday athletes to have the same support and confidence as the 'pros' and has morphed to a product position that puts all in the best position to succeed every day - in life and in sport.
d3 has always had an ambitious growth profile and in 2026 we plan to grow our business, across existing clients and new markets, locally and globally.
Key to our success, in realising this growth trajectory, is to appoint an Administration / Sales Executive to work within our back office team.
Based at our site in Albany we seek someone who is a problem solver and committed to d3 being the customers supplier of choice.
The role has a balance between customer engagement, administration (ensuring that the various documentation / paperwork is complete to navigate the challenge of moving product across time zones and borders) and strategic vision.
Experience of sales would be valuable to ensure the customer choice is satisfied and relationship nurtured. There will be a need to be present in the US market a number of times per year, engaging key customers and attending key industry/end user focused events.
We seek people with relevant skills and competencies (Microsoft suite skills, ideally international product movement) but also central to d3 is having team members who can consistently demonstrate the right attitude, mindset and flexibility that are key attributes for a flexible and flexing FMCG company. The business does not sponsor 'ivory towers', success is based on being a great executor/doer!
What does Success look like in this role?:- Nurturing preferred supplier status with our identified US distributor network
- Managing the supply chain, end to end - factory to US DC network
- Developing/supporting marketing initiatives to drive visibility and awareness of the d3 brand
- Working with our global marketplaces mgr to support the focus on FBA
- Owning and executing the strategic direction of the US business
- Having clarity/input on the profitability of the US business
