    Our healthcare customers include over 90% of rest homes, hospitals, district health boards, hospices & disability providers. We also supply to the majority of commercial laundries, hotels, motels & backpackers.

    We are currently looking for a Marketing Team Lead to join our fun and diverse team.

    About the role:
    • Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies, communications, and PR activities, in line with deadlines.
    • Liaise between marketing and communications teams.
    • Work consistently to develop the BL Stringer and Co Limited brand and image.
    • Use networking skills engage stakeholders, build and maintain profitable relationships with stakeholders and develop existing relationships.
    • Support other areas of the business in their strategic and operational goals through marketing and communications awareness.
    • Management of the company website.
    • Liaise with Google optimisation provider.
    • Deliver content and strategy plans to support the company's marketing goals.
    • Assist with internal communications to ensure accuracy of product specifications and pricing.
    • Identify marketing opportunities through customer feedback and data analysis.
    • Prepare newsletters and promotional material and oversee online marketing promotions.
    • Manage social media platforms and materials.
    • Maintain a high standard of customer communications across all platforms.
    Our successful applicant will:
    • Have a tertiary qualification in marketing or similar relevant commercial experience
    • Have experience with digital marketing/graphic design.
    • Be a dynamic person with a proven ability to deliver in a demanding environment
    • A customer focus with commitment to exceeding expectations
    • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
    • Be highly motivated, professional, passionate, and organised
    • Have strong time management skills and attention to detail
    • Be familiar with Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent.
    • Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Apple products
