Our healthcare customers include over 90% of rest homes, hospitals, district health boards, hospices & disability providers. We also supply to the majority of commercial laundries, hotels, motels & backpackers.
We are currently looking for a Marketing Team Lead to join our fun and diverse team.
About the role:- Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies, communications, and PR activities, in line with deadlines.
- Liaise between marketing and communications teams.
- Work consistently to develop the BL Stringer and Co Limited brand and image.
- Use networking skills engage stakeholders, build and maintain profitable relationships with stakeholders and develop existing relationships.
- Support other areas of the business in their strategic and operational goals through marketing and communications awareness.
- Management of the company website.
- Liaise with Google optimisation provider.
- Deliver content and strategy plans to support the company's marketing goals.
- Assist with internal communications to ensure accuracy of product specifications and pricing.
- Identify marketing opportunities through customer feedback and data analysis.
- Prepare newsletters and promotional material and oversee online marketing promotions.
- Manage social media platforms and materials.
- Maintain a high standard of customer communications across all platforms.
Our successful applicant will:- Have a tertiary qualification in marketing or similar relevant commercial experience
- Have experience with digital marketing/graphic design.
- Be a dynamic person with a proven ability to deliver in a demanding environment
- A customer focus with commitment to exceeding expectations
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Be highly motivated, professional, passionate, and organised
- Have strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Be familiar with Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent.
- Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Apple products
