    We are currently seeking a capable and proactive Operations Administrator (Scheduler) to join our team. In this key position, you'll ensure that the scheduling of electrical testing and calibration work is completed efficiently, accurately, and with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
    • Schedule electrical testing and calibration work for customer sites throughout New Zealand, ensuring customer requirements are understood and met in a timely, cost-effective manner.
    • Review and approve completed jobs: ensuring data completeness, financial accuracy and customer compliance.
    • Produce reports for customers as requested, presenting information clearly and accurately.
    • Arrange travel, accommodation, inductions and other site-logistics as required.
    • Obtain purchase order numbers for the work carried out.
    • Act as the site office's first line of contact for customers (by phone and in-person).
    • Undertake site office administrative duties, supporting our mobile field service operations.
    • Other duties as required to support Tex At Site's objective of supplying a reliable field testing service.
    We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
    • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
    • Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
    • Honest, reliable, and professional in all interactions.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Experience in scheduling or project coordination is preferred, but not essential.
