  • About the Role

    We are seeking a motivated and organised Licensed Sales Assistant to join our busy real estate team based in Orewa. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment, has strong attention to detail, and thrives on supporting sales operations. You'll assist the Lead Agent with open homes and viewings, follow up, administrative tasks, client coordination, marketing preparation, and social media.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate and attend open homes as required, client appointments, and property viewings. Open Homes are one day a weekend.
    • Greet and register buyers at open homes and provide follow-up communication. 
    • Maintain accurate databases, CRM entries, and listing documentation.
    • Provide administrative and sales support to the Lead Agent and work well within a team alongside other administrators.
    • Prepare and help to manage property marketing materials (brochures, online listings, social media updates).
    • Assist with general office duties, file management, and compliance paperwork where time allows
    • Liaise with photographers, solicitors, clients, and suppliers as needed.
    • Support the team to ensure a smooth and professional client experience from listing to sale.

    • Strong organisational and time management skills.
    • Confident, friendly, and professional communication style.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
    • Professional presentation.
    • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Teams, Vaultre, and CRM systems).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team.
    • Flexibility to work weekends for open homes.
    Preferred Experience:
    • Must have a valid NZ Real Estate License with a clean work history.  
    • Previous experience in real estate and administration advantageous
    • Knowledge of real estate processes and terminology
    • A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
