About the Opportunity:
We're looking for a customer-focused Aftersales Advisor to join our friendly and professional team at Pukekohe Toyota.
In this key role, you'll be the connection between our customers, service technicians, and parts department - ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth, positive experience from booking through to vehicle handover.
If you have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in automotive service and ideally parts, this is a great opportunity to be part of a high-performing dealership with excellent career prospects.
What You'll Be Doing:- Managing customer bookings, updates, and follow-ups to ensure an exceptional experience
- Creating and processing job cards, estimates, and invoices accurately
- Coordinating with technicians and the parts team to ensure smooth workflow
- Assisting with parts ordering, warranty returns, and stock management
- Supporting service administration, documentation, and daily operational tasks
- Building strong relationships with customers and promoting Toyota service excellence
About You:
You're approachable, organised, and passionate about delivering great service. You take pride in your work and enjoy being part of a supportive team.
You will bring:- Experience in an automotive service advisor or parts role (dealership experience preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail in invoicing and administration
- Confidence using computer systems (DMS, Microcat, or similar)
- A good understanding of workshop or parts operations
- A clean full NZ driver's licence
