We're looking for a Salesperson to join our energetic team. Whether you're an experienced retail professional or just starting out in this industry, this role offers great opportunities for growth and development in a supportive, passionate environment.
What We're Looking For:- Firearms licence (mandatory)
- Retail experience preferred, but not essential
- Passion for hunting, fishing, and outdoor sports
- Strong communication and people skills - you're friendly, helpful, and confident talking to customers
- Professionalism, punctuality, and a proactive attitude
- Good computer skills and willingness to learn our systems (AR POS and CRM)
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a busy environment
- Availability Fridays and Saturdays (our busiest days)
In this role, you'll deliver outstanding customer service across our hunting, fishing, and outdoor categories, providing knowledgeable advice and support to every customer who walks through the door. You'll maintain strong product knowledge, assist with firearm setups and general sales, and use our retail and CRM systems confidently. Working closely with a passionate team of outdoor enthusiasts, you'll help ensure every customer leaves ready for their next adventure.

This is a full-time role working five days per week, including Fridays and Saturdays, with one rostered weekday off plus Sunday. Standard hours are Monday to Thursday from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Fridays from 8.00am to 5.30pm, and Saturdays from 8.30am to 2.30pm (extended to 4.00pm during December).
