We're looking for a highly organised and proactive administrator with a strong background in administration and customer service to support our busy Property Management team.

    This is a varied and responsible role where you'll work closely with Property Managers and step in to provide additional support during periods of leave.

    About the Role

    As a key part of the Property Management team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of administrative processes and client communications. Your excellent attention to detail and strong people skills will be essential in helping us deliver the outstanding service we're known for.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide high-level administrative support to the Property Management team
    • Communicate professionally with tenants, landlords, and contractors
    • Coordinate inspections, maintenance requests, and contractor scheduling
    • Prepare and manage tenancy agreements, notices, reports, and correspondence
    • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records and documentation
    • Support marketing tasks such as rental listings and property advertising
    • Assist with entering new property management documentation into the system
    • Step in to provide cover for the Property Manager during periods of leave
    What You'll Bring:
    • Solid administration experience (minimum 1-2 years in a busy role)
    • Strong customer service background and confidence handling diverse enquiries
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High attention to detail and accuracy, especially with documentation
    • Strong organisational and time management skills
    • Tech savvy - confident with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
    • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to step up and support the wider team
    • Experience in real estate or property management is a bonus but not essential
