About the role!
We're looking for a Grooming Supervisor to lead our vehicle grooming operations at Botany Toyota. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with grooming experience who's ready to step up and help drive performance, quality, and team development.
You'll be responsible for:- Leading, training, and supporting the grooming team to deliver consistently high-quality results
- Overseeing day-to-day grooming operations and workflow management
- Grooming vehicles to a professional standard (interior and exterior)
- Coordinating preparation of sold vehicles for delivery
- Ensuring grooming standards, safety protocols, and cleanliness are upheld
- Assisting with vehicle logistics and site presentation (where licensed)
- Managing the storage yard, vehicle movements & stock control
- Working closely with the sales and aftersales departments to prioritise grooming needs along with AdHoc dealership duties
About you!:- You have prior experience in vehicle grooming or detailing
- You're a natural leader who can motivate and guide a small team
- You take pride in maintaining high standards of presentation and efficiency
- You're organised, proactive, and confident in a fast-paced environment
- You have a full NZ driver's licence
- You're reliable, professional, and a great communicator
