    This is a varied and engaging role that blends customer service with sales and executive support. You'll work closely with the Sales team and senior managers to ensure every customer interaction reflects the company's high standards of professionalism and care.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Process and enter sales orders accurately from customer emails and online platforms (Shopify, EDI, Opmetrix).
    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer and designer enquiries.
    • Maintain clear and accurate CRM notes for the Sales team.
    • Support with inbound and outbound calls to customers, stockists, and suppliers.
    • Provide administrative support to senior managers and assist with general office coordination.

    • Passion for interiors or design-led products.

    • Experience with NetSuite or HubSpot is advantageous but training is provided.
