    We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Executive to lead and deliver standout marketing across our six Ray White Five AM offices.

    Based in our flagship Howick office, you'll drive brand campaigns, digital initiatives, and regional marketing strategies that set us apart - supported by a cohesive leadership team. 

    What you'll do:
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies that grow brand presence and market share.
    • Create and deliver high-impact campaigns for residential listings.
    • Lead digital marketing and social media initiatives.
    • Champion the Ray White brand - ensuring creativity, consistency, and excellence.
    • Build strong relationships with industry professionals, Ray White head office and suppliers
    • Produce marketing tools and collateral that make it easier for our sales team to promote themselves.
    • Support internal communications - celebrating wins, sharing stories, and building team pride.
    • Manage marketing analytics and reporting to track performance and results.
    About you

    You're a confident all-rounder who loves to bring ideas to life and make things happen. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment where initiative and creativity are valued. You will be adept at selling an idea, with a collaborative, team approach as you'll be part of a supportive leadership team.

    You'll bring:
    • 3+ years' experience in marketing, ideally in real estate, property, or professional services.
    • Proven experience delivering brand and digital campaigns.
    • Strong copywriting, communication, and project management skills.
    • A collaborative, can-do attitude with a drive to innovate.
    • The ability to balance strategy with hands-on delivery.
