    We are looking for a super star Vehicle Administrator to join our North Shore Toyota Sales team.

    Our group has four Toyota sites across North Shore and West Auckland, as well as a Lexus dealership, and two Bridgestone stores. Our kind, diverse and talented team of around 170 is what sets us apart. We've proud to have served the wider Auckland community for over 30 years.

    About the role

    This role is crucial to the success of the Sales team - you're here to do all vehicle admin work to a really high standard. The work includes:
    • Processing and closing down deals in line with required standards, along with purchase order work
    • Processing, stocking in and receipting vehicles - used vehicles, new vehicles, trade ins, TNZ.
    • Back up NZTA registration work
    • Dealer Payments (Agency Payments)
    • Used & Demo Vehicle Invoices
    • TNZ Demonstrator & Consignment Vehicle work
    • Working with our Banking and Finance team e.g. processing customer refunds and reimbursements, receipting supplier invoices
    • Supporting with our CRM e.g. deal transfers, stocktake work, etc.
    • Receipting Supplier Invoices
    • Deal Close Down
    • Toyota Finance Used vehicles processing
    To be able to do this role successfully you need to have an amazing attention to detail and enjoy following a good process.

    You also need to be kind & generous with your knowledge and enjoy being part of a high-performing team. We'll be looking for the following experience and skills:
    • At least 5 years vehicle administrator experience (dealership is ideal but not essential)
    • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
    • Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
