CMG Campers is opening a brand-new dealership in Riccarton this January - the 9th dealership in the successful and growing CMG Group. This purpose-built site includes a premium and modern showroom, workshop, and dedicated storage facility, designed to deliver a high-performance experience for both our team and our customers.
We're on the lookout for an experienced, driven Sales Manager to lead the charge as we launch into this exciting new chapter - selling both new vehicles and new caravans across two emerging brands.
To be considered for this position, you'll need to demonstrate:- Proven sales experience in automotive, recreational vehicles, or similar industries
- A natural leader with experience in staff management
- Highly organised and process-driven
- Confident using computers and dealership systems
- Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
- A full clean driver's licence
You'll be responsible for:- Leading and motivating a small team of two
- Selling across both vehicle and caravan ranges
- Stock management and inventory control
- Overseeing marketing campaigns and coordinating events
- Regularly liaising with the on-site workshop team
- Managing KPIs, sales targets, and delivering top-tier customer service
- Using digital systems confidently for sales and operations
- Working Saturdays as part of the sales week
