We are looking for a highly motivated and customer focused Parts & Service Advisor to join our team here at Ebbett Toyota Te Awamutu.

As a Parts & Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and the workshop team. Ensuring every interaction is smooth, informed, and customer focused. Your role is to create a customer-first experience by understanding each customer's needs and providing the right parts and service solutions when they need them.
You'll work closely across all areas of the dealership - including Parts, Service, Sales, and Administration, to ensure we deliver exceptional service every time. Day-to-day, you'll help locate, price, and order parts for retail, trade, and workshop customers; assist with vehicle accessories; manage stock levels and returns; and maintain a clean, organized parts department.
We require someone who is confident with a high level of professionalism and presentation, a polite demeanour, and excellent customer service skills. Automotive parts knowledge is a huge bonus, along with a full drivers licence and ability to drive manual.

Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5pm with every third Saturday, 8am - 12pm.
