    Brewer Builders is a Christchurch-based construction company with a strong reputation for excellence and a growing portfolio of exciting work. We're looking for an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our team and help drive the success of diverse and challenging projects.

    You'll play a key role in our expanding team, supporting project delivery across a wide range of construction work, including:
    • Architectural new builds
    • Multi-dwelling developments
    • Extensions & alterations
    • Fit-outs
    • Relevels
    • Earthquake strengthening
    • Repairs and renovations
    You'll be involved in cost estimation, tendering, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, and project reporting - ensuring our projects run on time and on budget.

    To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:
    • A relevant Quantity Surveying degree
    • Membership with NZIQS, RICS, or similar
    • 5+ years of proven experience in the New Zealand construction industry
    • Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
    • A problem-solver who thrives under pressure and meets deadlines
    • Confident with project costing tools and reporting systems
