We're looking for a talented Front-End Developer to bring our designs to life and help elevate the quality of our web builds.

You'll be working across a range of exciting client projects, translating high-end designs into fast, responsive, and accessible websites. If you're passionate about clean code, great user experiences, and building sites that perform beautifully, we'd love to hear from you.

About this role

In this collaborative and fast-paced role, you'll work closely with our design and strategy teams to turn concepts into code using WordPress as your main platform. You'll take ownership of front-end development crafting responsive layouts, optimising performance, integrating APIs, and ensuring consistency across browsers and devices. You'll also contribute to improving our internal processes, maintain our Git workflows, and play a key part in raising the overall technical standard of our builds.

What you'll be doing:

Building pixel-perfect, responsive websites from Figma designs using WordPress
Writing clean, maintainable front-end code with HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript and PHP
Creating reusable components and flexible page structures for CMS handover
Integrating APIs and implementing third-party tools when required
Collaborating with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver on time and at high quality
Troubleshooting, testing, and optimising for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
Contributing to documentation and process improvements within the dev team

What we're looking for:

3-5 years of front-end development experience (agency experience preferred)
Solid understanding of OOP PHP, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and JavaScript
Proven experience building custom WordPress sites (ACF, Gutenberg, or bespoke themes)
Familiarity with version control (Git) and deployment workflows
Strong attention to design detail and ability to match provided visuals precisely
Confident troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Bonus points for experience with Shopify, Silverstripe, or modern JS frameworks (React, Vue, Alpine)
A proactive mindset, you care about doing things the right way and continuously improving
