    We're now looking for a Used Vehicle Administrator to join our Finance and Administration team - a role that's integral to the success of our Used Vehicle operations.

    About the Role

    Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for the daily administration of registrations, retailing, and cost management for all Used Vehicle sales across the group.

    You'll work closely with our Sales Managers and other departments to ensure all vehicle costs are accurately captured and that monthly financial reporting reflects true performance.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Process registrations and RUCs for Used, Demo, and Company vehicles via the NZTA portal.
    • Maintain sales logs, retailing dates, and ensure accurate gross profit reporting.
    • Retail vehicles and campaigns in WEC for TNZ sourced vehicles.
    • Complete daily NZTA batches and audit sign-offs.
    • Ensure all sold warranties and service plans are correctly loaded in WEC.
    • Support end-of-month processing and balance sheet reconciliations.
    • General admin tasks including scanning, filing, stationery and other orders.
    About You

    You're an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. You'll thrive on organisation, problem-solving, and teamwork.

    You will bring:
    • 3+ years' administration experience (automotive or finance industry experience an advantage).
    • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
    • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
    • Intermediate Excel and general computer literacy.
    • A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
