Join a successful Property Management company that has been in the business for over 30 years. With offices in Wellington, Hutt Valley and Hawkes Bay we are growing, looking to expand our talent.
We are looking for a Letting / Inspection Officer that will be part of an exceptional team that are continually striving to offer first class service to all our customers.
As our Letting and Inspection Officer, you'll play an important role in supporting the property management team and ensuring a great experience for tenants and landlords alike.
In this role, you will:- Advertise and promote rental properties across key online platforms
- Coordinate and conduct property viewings and respond to enquiries
- Process tenancy applications and prepare Tenancy Agreements
- Manage casual lets, including advertising, photography, and payments
- Conduct entry, exit, and routine property inspections and prepare detailed reports
- Identify and log maintenance issues for follow-up
- Maintain accurate records and manage keys securely
- Communicate professionally with tenants, landlords, and the wider team
- Provide occasional reception and administrative support as needed
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. You'll enjoy working both independently and as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.
Essential:- Full New Zealand Driver's Licence
- Commitment to supporting and contributing to a positive workplace culture
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Compliance with all employment obligations and a strong commitment to workplace Health & Safety
Desirable:- Previous experience within the Property Management industry
- Basic understanding of residential building components and maintenance
