We are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to lead our team of technicians. This is a vital link between our service advisors and technicians to ensure that jobs are prioritised, deadlines are met and customers receive exceptional service.
This is a Monday to Friday role and you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and smooth running of the workshop. This will also include you being hands on with duties including WOF, diagnostics and small repairs when required.
About You:- You will need to have the ability to thrive under pressure while juggling multiple priorities.
- You must hold a trade certificate and a current warrant of fitness inspection certificate
- Have excellent computer skills with the ability to understand and use multiple computerised systems
- Be up to date with health and safety requirements
- Able to take charge and think on your feet
