Who We're Looking For:- Experienced Class 5 driver with a desire to advance

What You'll Do:- Plan routes, loads, and driver schedules
- Manage/supervise a small team of drivers.
- Monitor driver performance, safety, and compliance
- Manage containers, warehouse operations, and paperwork
- Support, train staff, and handle operational incidents
- Step in to drive when needed to keep operations running smoothly
- Take charge of end-to-end depot operations
