Invercargill Furniture Gallery is Southland's home for BedsRus, Danske Mobler and Stressless.
We're looking for a driven and friendly Retail Assistant to join our BedsRus department.
BedsRus is New Zealand's largest bed retailer with 34 years' experience and 50+ stores nationwide. We specialise in beds and mattresses. It's our core business and we know it better than anyone. Most importantly, we've learned how to guide our customers through the purchase process to find their dream bed simply and enjoyably. With the increasing awareness of the role good sleep plays in health and well-being, has spawned massive growth in bed technologies and styles, all of which can be confusing without the right guidance and personal attention - that's where we come in!
Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for sales, operating the POS system, providing exceptional customer service, taking phone calls and ordering stock.
2+ years experience in a retail environment is preferred, however training is available for the right candidate.
This is a full time permanent position working a Monday - Sunday roster. An immediate start is available.
The remuneration package will consist of an hourly rate + commission structure & staff buying privileges. Ongoing training and future growth prospects are available for those who are motivated to progress their career within our Group.
