We are on the lookout for an Experienced Dispatch Operator to join our dynamic team in Pukekohe.

Furtex is a New Zealand family-owned business. We have been sourcing, designing, manufacturing, and innovating textile products for over 80 years. Today the family legacy continues, four generations on, to provide discerning clients with outstanding interior furnishings and customer service to match. We design and develop our products from our hometown in Pukekohe, New Zealand. The products we store in our warehouse range from cushions/covers, throws, rugs and rug samples.
About the Role:
The Dispatch Operator is responsible for ensuring customer orders are packed, checked, processed, and dispatched accurately and on time. This role is hands-on work in packing and labelling goods, processing orders in the ERP system, booking freight, and monitoring pending sales orders.
Requirements:- Previous experience in a warehouse/dispatch role is essential.
- Confidence using ERP systems and freight booking portals.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills with internal teams and freight providers.
