Essential Nutrition are Animal Health and Performance Specialists, providing decision support and products for our farming clients for over 25 years. We manufacture a wide variety of mineral and feed supplement products for livestock from our premises in Tinwald, Ashburton. We are a manufacturing team who subscribe to the what-ever-it-takes motto - where everyone is motivated to meet quality specifications, clean and safe operating standards, production targets and supply deadlines for our customers. We are seeking a positive team player, with a can-do attitude to work as part of our manufacturing team across all areas of production. The successful applicant will accurately prepare materials, operate blending and manufacturing equipment, fill orders, and stack and wrap pallets. There will be dispatch, forklift driving and general labouring duties in this role, including filling and lifting of bags up to 25kg. Key attributes: We seek someone reliable who likes to meet targets and perform at a high level, completing work accurately and efficiently. Someone who can step up when required and take responsibility for their work, whilst being an all-round team player. The successful applicant must have attention to detail, be good with numbers and be able to follow written and verbal instructions, as well as in-house systems. You will receive plenty of on-the-job training, including learning about the safe operation of plant, procedures with forklifts and machinery, routine maintenance procedures and cleaning of equipment. Essential Nutrition has active health and safety systems in place, including a zero tolerance to being under the influence of drugs or alcohol at work, so prospective applicants will be subject to a drug test prior to any offer of employment made.
