Invercargill Furniture Gallery is Southland's home for BedsRus, Danske Mobler and Stressless.
We're looking for a self motivated Retail Store Manager to lead our BedsRus department.
BedsRus is New Zealand's largest bed retailer with 34 years' experience and 50+ stores nationwide. We specialise in beds and mattresses. It's our core business and we know it better than anyone. Most importantly, we've learned how to guide our customers through the purchase process to find their dream bed simply and enjoyably. With the increasing awareness of the role good sleep plays in health and well-being, has spawned massive growth in bed technologies and styles, all of which can be confusing without the right guidance and personal attention - that's where we come in!
Reporting to the Director, you'll be responsible for general store management duties including leading the team, sales, operating the POS system, providing exceptional customer service, taking phone calls and ordering stock.
To be considered you'll need 2+ years experience in a similar Retail Store Management role.
This is a full time permanent position (minimum 30 hours per week), working a Monday - Sunday roster. An immediate start is available. In return we're offering $33 - $37 per hour (depending on experience) plus bonuses and staff buying privileges to the successful candidate.
